Pre-Pointe Training is a 10-week ballet conditioning programme designed to prepare the body for pointe work or to enhance overall performance in class. This training includes essential conditioning exercises focused on increasing flexibility and strength in the feet, ankles, and hips. Participants are expected to practise these exercises regularly at home throughout the week and track their progress using the provided training guide. Upon completion of the programme, dancers will be assessed for readiness to begin pointe work and, if appropriate, recommended to attend a pointe shoe fitting session.
This programme is suitable for dancers who wish to strengthen their bodies or begin pointe work.

Absolute Beginner Pointe Work is a 20-week programme tailored for dancers who wish to begin pointe work in a safe and progressive manner. The course is divided into two terms of 10 lessons each: Level 1 and Level 2, allowing dancers to build a solid foundation and progressively develop their pointe technique.
The curriculum includes a 15-minute body conditioning session at the start of each class to enhance overall strength, ensuring dancers are prepared for the demands of pointe work. After conditioning, dancers will focus on the basic techniques of pointe work, primarily at the barre for added support and stability.
This programme is suitable for experienced ballet dancers who have been assessed as ready for pointe work. It provides the appropriate guidance and structure to ensure a safe and effective transition to dancing en pointe.

Foundation Pointe Work is designed for adult dancers with basic pointe work knowledge. The class begins with a 15-minute conditioning session, followed by the development of pointe technique at the barre and in the centre. Movements such as adage, pirouettes, and allegro are initially taught at the barre to prepare for centre practice. This course gradually refines your skills, fostering both confidence and proficiency in pointe work.
This programme is suitable for dancers with 6 months to 1 year of pointe experience. -

Intermediate Pointe Work is designed for adult dancers with at least one year of consistent pointe training. The class begins with a 15-minute conditioning session, followed by comprehensive pointe technique practice at the barre and in the centre. The focus is on refining intermediate movements such as pirouettes, adage, and allegro through complex combinations. Additionally, you will learn excerpts of ballet choreography, integrating these movements into dynamic sequences to enhance your performance skills.
This programme is suitable for dancers with more than 1 year of pointe experience.
