Meet our Instructors
-
Heidi is a musculoskeletal physiotherapist dedicated to integrating evidence-based movement science with the artistry of dance. She has a broad clinical background, having worked across acute hospital and outpatient settings to support people through all stages of life, from young competitive athletes and postnatal patients to older adults.
Through her work, Heidi has developed a keen interest in dance medicine, movement performance, and vestibular rehabilitation. However, it was her own return to the studio as an adult ballet dancer that gave her a renewed, firsthand appreciation for the unique physical demands and artistry of the discipline.
