Bridal Ballet Series

Gym Class Ballet is a ballet fitness programme suitable for any level. Based on the Progressing Ballet Technique method, the exercises combine strength and stretch for accurate muscle activation and increased mobility. In our classes, we will use exercise equipment such as fit ball, pilates ball, resistance band and wrist weights. This programme is a gentle introduction to ballet fitness techniques for newcomers and a supplement to anyone attending regular dance classes.
